The other day I was meeting with the Development Staff of my theatre. One of the issues they have had in the past is getting information from our department. They never knew what rentals where coming in and who was organizing them until it happened. So I have decided that we will now send out that information to all staff on a monthly basis. It never hurts to get more information out. Those that don’t need or are uninterested in the information can delete the email with ease.As Obama has pledged to do, we should all be more transparent. Think of ways your department or company can be more transparent and get the information out to those who need it. After talking about this it turns out there are several departments that will benefit from this extra bit of information.
